A Private Real Estate School Built Around One Problem
The material isn't too difficult. There's just too much of it for the life most people are living.
Real estate is one of the highest-demand industries in Ontario, and the interest in it shows no sign of slowing. We hear the same sentence from prospective students almost every week: I want to get my real estate license, but I don't have the time to go through all of that material. That sentence is the reason this business exists.
The Ontario Real Estate Salesperson Course is comprehensive because it has to be — it is the provincial standard, and the profession carries real legal and financial responsibility. But comprehensive and manageable are not the same thing. Someone working full time, commuting, and raising a family is not going to work through thousands of pages of material unaided, and when they struggle, it isn't a reflection of their ability.
So we built the alternative. We take the course content, condense it into focused material that reflects what the exams actually test, and teach it in person, in a room, with someone at the front who can answer the question the moment it occurs to you. Everyone is welcome, whatever your background, and no prior real estate experience is required.
What We Do
We provide in-person classes, tutoring and exam preparation for students working through the Ontario Real Estate Salesperson Course — both those just beginning and those partway through and struggling with a particular course or exam.
- In-person classes. Live instruction at our Toronto location, on a fixed schedule, taught by licensed agents.
- Condensed study materials. Rewritten to be direct and readable, covering the concepts the exams focus on.
- One-on-one tutoring. Individual sessions for students who need concentrated work on specific weak areas.
- Exam preparation. Practice with Ontario real estate exam questions in the format and timing you'll face on the day.
- Ongoing updates. Legislation and course content change; our materials are revised on an ongoing basis.

Taught by Licensed Real Estate Agents
Every instructor at Real Estate License Ontario is a licensed real estate agent with substantial experience in the industry. They are not academics who studied the material once — they are working professionals who have handled the transactions the exam questions describe.
This matters more than it might seem. The Ontario real estate exams are built around scenarios, and scenarios become much clearer once someone who has lived the real version walks you through the reasoning. Our instructors teach the rule, then show you what it looks like in practice.
