n-Person Real Estate Classes in Toronto

Classes run from our Don Mills Road location, serving new and current real estate students from across the Greater Toronto Area.

Why in-person wins

The Room Changes Everything

Ontario's real estate program is delivered online and self-directed, which sounds like freedom until the third week, when the reading has piled up and there is nobody to ask. Most students who fall behind don't fall behind because the material is beyond them. They fall behind because nobody noticed they stopped understanding it several chapters ago. A screen can't notice. An instructor standing in front of you, watching the room while explaining a clause, notices — and then explains it a different way.

Real Teaching, Not a Recording

Our classes are taught live by an instructor who can see when the room has lost the thread. When half the class goes quiet, they stop and take another run at it. A video plays the same way every time, regardless of who is watching or whether it landed.

Condensed Study Material

We rewrite the essentials into focused notes covering what the exams actually test. Your study hours go into material that earns marks, instead of hundreds of pages you work through hoping the important parts will announce themselves.

Taught by Licensed Agents

Every instructor here holds a real estate license and has years in the industry. Exam questions are written as situations, and situations make far more sense when the person explaining them has handled the real version at a kitchen table.

Ask the Question While It Still Matters

You put your hand up and get an answer immediately — not a forum post answered in three days, not a search that returns something close but not quite. The question you were reluctant to ask is usually the one four other people were also stuck on.

How It Works

How to Get Your Real Estate License in Ontario

Here is the path from where you are now to registered salesperson, and where we come in.

01

Enrol in the Provincial Program

Ontario real estate licensing begins with the Real Estate Salesperson Course through a RECO-approved education provider. You create your accounts, complete the admission requirements, and register. We’ll walk you through the steps if the process is unclear.

02

Attend Classes With Us

Bring us the course you’re on. You get the condensed material for it and a seat in a live class where the difficult concepts are worked through properly — plus a fixed schedule, which for most people is the difference between finishing and drifting.

03

Prepare and Sit Your Exams

We drill you on question style and timing alongside the content, because knowing the material and answering well under exam conditions are two separate skills. Our exam prep targets both.

04

Register and Begin Your Real Estate Career

Once you’ve completed the pre-registration phase, you apply to RECO for registration, join a brokerage, and start trading. Many of our students move from first enrolment to licensed within four to six months, depending on the pace they set.

Experienced Team of Instructors

A Private Real Estate School Run by People Who Work in the Industry

Real estate remains one of the strongest career paths in Ontario, and we hear the same thing from prospective students constantly: they want the license, but they cannot find the hours to work through the material on their own. That gap is the reason this institute exists. Not to replace the provincial course — we can't, and no one can — but to make it manageable for people who have to fit it around everything else.

Our instructors are licensed real estate agents with years of experience across Ontario's market. They teach the material and the reasoning behind it, which is what the exams are really testing. Everyone is welcome here, whatever you did before this. Some of our strongest students had never opened a real estate textbook before the week they enrolled.

Where Our Students Build Their Careers

Graduates of our program go on to work at brokerages throughout Ontario.

Common questions

Questions We Hear Before Students Enroll

Do I need any prior real estate experience to enrol?

No. Most of our students arrive from completely unrelated fields and many haven’t studied formally in years. The Ontario Real Estate Salesperson Course assumes no background in the industry, and neither do we. The provincial requirement is an education credential — a secondary school diploma, GED, or an accepted equivalent — not experience.

[X sessions over X weeks], running [evenings and Saturdays] so you can keep working. Plan on roughly [X hours] of study between classes — this is the part people underestimate. Students who attend consistently and keep up with the reading often complete the process in four to six months, though those balancing full-time work usually take longer, and the province allows a generous window.

The pre-registration phase covers the fundamentals of the profession, residential and commercial transactions, and your legal and ethical obligations under the Trust in Real Estate Services Act and its Code of Ethics, along with simulation assessments that ask you to apply the material rather than recite it. Questions are scenario-based — less “define this term,” more “here is a situation, what are you required to do?” Our exam prep is built around that second style.

You apply to RECO for registration as a salesperson, find a brokerage that will hire you, and you can begin trading in real estate. You then have two years to complete the post-registration courses. Getting licensed and getting hired are separate challenges, and we’re happy to talk through the second one with you.

No. We are a private institute offering in-person classes, tutoring and exam preparation, and we are not affiliated with any governing body. You complete your official coursework and exams through a RECO-approved education provider. We help you get through it.
