- Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within five (5) business daysof receiving your order. To qualify, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. - How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, please contact us at gettusqa@gmail.comwith your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you will receive instructions for returning the item. - Refunds
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable. - Non-Returnable Items
Used, opened, or damaged products (not due to shipping) are not eligible for return or refund. - Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
