Returns & Refunds Policy

At Tusqa, customer satisfaction is a priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

  1. Return Eligibility
    Returns are accepted within five (5) business daysof receiving your order. To qualify, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  2. How to Initiate a Return
    To request a return, please contact us at gettusqa@gmail.comwith your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you will receive instructions for returning the item.
  3. Refunds
    Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  4. Non-Returnable Items
    Used, opened, or damaged products (not due to shipping) are not eligible for return or refund.
  5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
    If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
