J K Financial Services, Inc., an independent broker/dealer, respects the privacy of any nonpublic, personal information that clients provide in order for us to open and service their accounts. We are committed to safeguarding that information by holding it in the strictest confidence.

We gather only information that is necessary for us to effect, administer, or enforce a transaction that a client authorizes or requests.

To further protect client privacy, we have policies in place to restrict employee access to personal information. We may disclose personal information to other financial institutions for the sole purpose of effecting a transaction requested or authorized by a client or to service a product or to provide a service that a client has requested or authorized.

Information We Disclose    

As permitted by law and as outlined in this policy, we disclose Nonpublic Personal Information to affiliates and unaffiliated third parties that provide services to us or with whom we have contractual relationships in order that we may carry out client directions and effectively and efficiently service client account. Examples of third parties with whom we may share client Nonpublic Personal Information include:

• Mutual fund companies, insurance companies, and other product sponsors in order to execute client investment and insurance purchases and sales and to allow for the servicing of client accounts;
• Clearing Agencies or other broker/dealers through whom we clear and settle client’s securities transactions;
• Companies providing account performance and/or reporting services on client accounts;
• State, Federal, and other regulatory and self-regulatory authorities as required by law or regulation;
• Except under the circumstances outlined above, we will not share Nonpublic Personal Information with affiliated or unaffiliated third parties concerning our current or former customers for marketing purposes or otherwise.

Amendments to Our Privacy Policy

When we make material amendments to our Privacy Policy, we will send our clients an amended version of our Privacy Policy.
