For many years I have tutored children of all ages from Kindergarten through high school that needed support in Math.<\/p><p>I have always had a special place in my heart for children of all ages but especially younger children.<\/p><p>Fortunate to marry young and to have had children at an early age, our children enjoyed skiing during the winter months in the Pocono mountains. My wife and I watched from inside the ski lodge. It was there my first thoughts began to write a children\u2019s story book and that is how Augie was born.<\/p><p>The idea was to get children excited about listening to and learning to read books. Our own children went to bed each evening after listening to a book read to them until they were old enough to read to themselves. To this day, we all still end our days reading a bit.
